Specifications Library

The Specifications Library consists of highway construction specifications and released documents that have been submitted by various transportation agencies. The library can be searched in two ways - by browsing by agency or searching by keyword.

• Standard Specifications and Supplements - This section is organized by agency
• Innovative and Emerging Specifications - This section contains so called innovative and emerging specifications and reports/guidelines, and is organized by New and Emerging Technical Specifications, Alternative Contracting, and Performance Specifications. Within each category are a number of sub-categories, enabling you to narrow down the number of documents returned.
